Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 13 de diciembre de 1999, por la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema. En consecuencia, TUTELAR el derecho al trabajo y mínimo vital de la docente Sandra Yamile Salazar Vásquez.
Segundo. ORDENAR al director del Colegio de Santo Tomás de Aquino de la ciudad de Popayán, que en el término de quince (15) días contados a partir de la notificación de la presente acción de tutela, cancele a la accionante los salarios adeudados a la fecha de este fallo.
En caso de no existir la partida presupuestal suficiente, el mismo término se concede para que se inicien las diligencias encaminadas a cumplir con el pago ordenado.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
