- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida, en el asunto de la referencia, por el Tribunal Contencioso de Nariño.
- Segundo. REMITASE al Procurador General de la Nación, para que investigue las posibles faltas disciplinarias cometidas en lo referente al derecho de petición del accionante.
- Tercero. PREVIENESE a la Administración Judicial para que se abstenga en el futuro de incurrir en mora en lo relativo al trámite de las peticiones que ante ella se elevan.
- Cuarto. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
