PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de octubre veinticinco (25) de 2002, proferida por el Juzgado Veinte Civil Municipal de Valledupar, mediante la cual se denegó la protección de los derechos invocados por la Yanileth Padilla Ayala y se ordenó a la entidad demandada remitir a la menor Yineth Vanesa Mendoza Padilla a un especialista en urología.
SEGUNDO. ADICIONAR la anterior sentencia, en el sentido de EXHORTAR a la E.P.S. Coomeva, para que en el futuro actúe con diligencia en la expedición de las órdenes necesarias para que los usuarios puedan practicarse a tiempo los exámenes médicos que necesiten para diagnosticar, prevenir y curar sus afecciones de salud.
TERCERO. COMPULSAR copias del expediente de tutela y de la presente providencia a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, para los fines consagrados en la parte motiva de la presente providencia.
CUARTO. Por Secretaría General LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
