- Primero. CONFIRMAR la providencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Ocho Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, D.C., el 18 de febrero de 2004 dentro del trámite constitucional de la referencia.
- Segundo. ENVIAR a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca y a la Personería Distrital de Bogotá D.C., sendas copias del expediente de la referencia para los fines explicados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
