- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 1 deg de noviembre de 2000, por el Juzgado Quince Civil del Circuito de Medellin. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales al trabajo en condiciones dignas y justas, al minimo vital y al pago oportuno del salario del senor Ubany de Jesus Zuluaga de los Rios.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa SERVING S.A, para que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente sentencia, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, pague al senor Ubany de Jesus Zuluaga de los Rios, todos los dineros adeudados por concepto de salarios.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
