Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia dictada por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Valledupar el 7 de julio de 1997.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental a la educación de la menor LORENA LEMUS LEMUS. En consecuencia, se ordena a la rectora del Colegio "La Sagrada Familia que, si todavía no ha procedido a ello, expida y entregue, dentro del improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, las certificaciones y demás documentos relativos a la menor Lemus Lemus.
Tercero. ADVERTIR a la madre de la menor que la tutela que se otorga no la exime de la obligación de cancelar lo debido por concepto del servicio educativo prestado a su hija por el Colegio La Sagrada Familia, para lo cual deberá proceder dentro de un término razonable con el fin de proteger el legítimo derecho del plantel.
Cuarto. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Valledupar, para los efectos contemplados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
