  1. PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias dictadas por el Juzgado
  2. Séptimo. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín el día quince (15) de octubre de dos mil tres (2003) y por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín el once (11) de noviembre de dos mil tres (2003), en la cual negaron el amparo a los derechos fundamentales de la señora María Olga Valencia de Ríos. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de sus derechos fundamentales al debido proceso y al mínimo vital.
  3. SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, dé cumplimiento a las providencias judiciales dictadas por el Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Medellín el día 16 de Julio del año dos mil dos (2002) y por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín - Sala Laboral el once de noviembre de dos mil dos (2002), dentro del proceso promovido por la señora María Olga Valencia de Ríos contra el Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
  4. TERCERO. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
