- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 22 de noviembre de 1999, por Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil Municipal de Manizales, y conceder la tutela en protección del mínimo vital de la accionante, ORDENANDO al Gerente del Hospital de Caldas E.S.E. que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a cancelar, si aun no lo ha hecho, los salarios debidos a la señora Clara Inés Calderón y continúe cumpliendo puntualmente con las obligaciones derivadas de la relación laboral.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
