- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Montería, Córdoba, y en su lugar conceder la tutela para la protección de los derechos fundamentales al trabajo y a la vida digna del accionante.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al alcalde municipal de Puerto Escondido, Córdoba, que en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente Sentencia, inicie o continúe, si aun no lo ha hecho, los trámites y gestiones necesarios para garantizar el pago de lo adeudado al actor y, además, continúe cumpliendo puntualmente con las obligaciones derivadas de la relación laboral.
