  3. Primero. Confirmar la sentencia del Juzgado
  4. Primero. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué de agosto tres (3) de mil novecientos noventa y res (1993), en el asunto de referencia, con base en las consideraciones expuestas.
  5. Segundo. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Juzgado
  6. Primero. Civil del Circuito de Ibagué, para los efectos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, y por otra parte, notifíquese al Instituto Ibaguereño de Acueducto y Alcantarillado -IBAL-.
