  1. Primero. REANUDAR el término suspendido para proferir fallo en este proceso.
  2. Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia del doce (12) de Diciembre de 2002, proferida por el Juzgado Catorce Civil Municipal de Medellín, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Fabiola Acosta de Carvajal contra la A.R.S. Comfenalco, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela solicitada.
  3. Tercero. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la A.R.S. Comfenalco de Antioquia que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia realice a la señora Fabiola Acosta de Carvajal el examen ECO DUPLEX VENOSO Y PLETIMOGRAFIA ARTERIAL ordenado por su médico tratante.
  4. La citada entidad podrá repetir contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía FOSYGA por los gastos adicionales en que incurra.
  5. Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
