- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferidas por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura el 28 de febrero de 2002, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por Maria Nidia Angel de Sanchez en contra de la Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones y Cesantias Proteccion S.A.
- Segundo. Prevenir a la Notaria Cuarta del Circulo de Cali para que adopte las medidas que sean del caso en el tramite sucesoral de JAIME FERNANDO SANCHEZ ANGEL que se adelanta en ese despacho.
- Tercero. Ordenar que por Secretaria se de cumplimiento al articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
