Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, y tutelar los derechos fundamentales al mínimo vital y al pago oportuno de las pensiones del señor Florentino Brown Hooker.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Providencia Isla, que dentro del término de quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, cancele las mesadas adeudadas al señor, advirtiéndole que también podrá hacer uso del anticipo contemplado en el parágrafo 6 del artículo 2 de la Ley 549 de 1999, para lo cual dispondrá del término de un mes. Igualmente, se ordena al Alcalde ponerse al día en las cotizaciones por seguridad social, y el cubrimiento en salud que requiera el demandante.
Tercero. PREVENIR a la entidad demandada para que cumpla lo dispuesto en éste fallo, so pena de incurrir en desacato, y para que en lo sucesivo no repita la omisión que dio origen a la presente acción.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
