PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo del TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DEL DISTRITO JUDICIAL DE SANTAFE DE BOGOTA, DISTRITO CAPITAL, de fecha
primero. (1deg) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), providencia que revoco la sentencia de primer grado dictada por el JUZGADO ONCE (11) CIVIL DEL CIRCUITO DE SANTAFE DE BOGOTA, DISTRITO CAPITAL, el veinticuatro (24) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), y, en su lugar, NEGAR todas las peticiones propuestas por el senor HEDLER POWER TUCKLER.
SEGUNDO. DECLARAR que toda la actuacion adelantada por la UNIVERSIDAD DE LOS ANDES en obedecimiento a la sentencia que aqui se revoca, no tiene valor ni efecto alguno.
TERCERO. COMUNICAR inmediatamente el texto de esta decision al JUZGADO ONCE (11) CIVIL DEL CIRCUITO DE SANTAFE DE BOGOTA, DISTRITO CAPITAL, para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
