Salud.
En el presente caso la Corte declaró la carencia actual de objeto por hecho superado, en cuanto se comprobó en sede de revisión, que la E.P.S. demandada garantizó la prestación del servicio de quimioterapia y realizó, después del suspendido procedimiento, cinco sesiones más.
Pese a lo anterior, la Sala insta a la accionada a asegurar el procedimiento médico que la actora requiera para el tratamiento de su complicado estado de salud, hasta tanto el médico tratante considere que éste deba culminar.

- Primero. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto por hecho superado de acuerdo con los terminos explicados en la parte considerativa de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. INSTAR a SALUDVIDA ESP para que asegurare el procedimiento medico que la actora requiere, hasta tanto el medico tratante considere que este debe culminar.
- Tercero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Armenia, Quindio en la accion de tutela instaurada por Rosa Emilia Grisales de Valencia contra SALUDVIDA EPS.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto Ley 2591 de 1991.
