- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Villavicencio, con las aclaraciones aqui formuladas y por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. PREVENIR a las directivas del Hospital Regional del Meta de conformidad con el articulo 24 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para que en ningun caso vuelvan a incurrir en las acciones que dieron merito para conceder la tutela.
- Tercero. COMUNICAR el contenido de esta Sentencia a la Fiscalia General (Seccional del Meta), a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion y al Tribunal de Etica Medica para lo de su competencia.
- Cuarto. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, ENVIAR copia de esta Sentencia al Defensor del Pueblo, a la Consejeria Presidencial para la Defensa, Proteccion y Promocion de los Derechos Humanos, al Ministerio de Salud, al Servicio Seccional de Salud del Meta, al Comite de Etica Hospitalaria del Hospital Regional de Villavicencio y a la Asociacion Colombiana de Facultades de Medicina "ASCOFAME".
