- Primero. REVOCAR la decisión adoptada el día diecisiete (17) de octubre de 2007 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Medellín, dentro del trámite de la acción de tutela instaurada por Deysi Nataly Salinas Soto en representación del menor Juan José Carvajal Salinas contra Susalud EPS.
- Segundo. DECLARAR que por configurarse la carencia actual de objeto en el proceso de acción de tutela de la referencia, no se impartirán órdenes frente a las pretensiones de tutela.
- Tercero. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
