- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá el día veinticuatro (24) de abril del año en curso, mediante el cual se confirmó el proferido en primera instancia, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora MARCOLINA PEREZ DE GRIMALDOS contra el señor Alcalde Local de Engativá y la Estación Décima de Policía y, en consecuencia, denegar la protección solicitada.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
