Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Civil Municipal de Medellín, el trece (13) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996)
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la intimidad y a la salud de los solicitantes, ordenándole al representante legal del "Bar Baranoa", que en el ejercicio de la actividad propia del mencionado establecimiento, no podrá emitirse ningún ruido en niveles sonoros que superen los 65 decibeles entre las 7.01 a.m. a las 9:00 p.m. y los 45 decibeles entre las 9:01 p.m. a las 7:00 a.m., tal como lo establece la resolución No. 08321 expedida por el Ministerio de Salud.
Tercero. COMISIONAR al Juzgado
Primero. (1º.) Civil Municipal de Medellín, para que vigile el cumplimiento de la orden impartida al representante legal del "Bar Baranoa".
Cuarto. LIBRENSE por Secretaría General, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
