- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional, Sala de Revision de Tutelas, administrando justicia en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, D.C., de marzo dos (2) de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), mediante la cual se decidio la segunda instancia, en la accion de tutela de la referencia, promovida por ALFONSO MORA LEON, por las razones precedentes.
- Segundo. Comuniquese al Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, D.C., la presente decision para que sea notificada conforme a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
