- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla el 8 de julio de 1999 y, en su lugar, tutelar los derechos al trabajo y la vida de Myrian Yaneth Pérez Londoño.
- Segundo. Ordenar a María Begoña Abasolo Prieto, o a quien haga sus veces como representante legal de la empresa Nases Nacional de Servicios Ltda., que dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, revincule a la señora Myriam Yaneth Pérez Londoño al empleo que ocupó hasta ser irregularmente despedida, y le cancele inmediatamente los salarios y prestaciones legales dejados de percibir, debidamente indexados, haciéndole efectivas de manera especial las prestaciones contempladas en la licencia de maternidad; para todos los efectos legales, se entenderá que no hubo solución de continuidad en esa relación laboral.

- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla vigilará que se cumpla oportunamente con lo ordenado en esta sentencia de revisión.
