- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 83 del Decreto 1042 de 1978, salvo el inciso
- tercero. y la expresion "Cuando la vinculacion del personal supernumerario no exceda el termino de tres meses, no habra lugar al reconocimiento de prestaciones sociales", contenida en el inciso
- quinto. de dicho articulo, que se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
- Segundo. Declararse INHIBIDA en relacion con la expresion "Sin embargo, las entidades deberan suministrar al personal supernumerario atencion medica en caso de enfermedad o accidente de trabajo", contenida en el inciso 5deg del articulo 83 del Decreto 1042 de 1978.
