- Primero. CONFIRMAR, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, el fallo proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, el día 13 de abril de 1998, que a su vez, adicionó y confirmó la sentencia de 25 de febrero de 1998 proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Siete Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, que negó por improcedente la tutela que para proteger el derecho fundamental al debido proceso interpuso el ciudadano HERNAN RODOLFO AMADO PARDO, contra la Universidad Libre, Facultad de Derecho.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR, este fallo de revisión al Juzgado Treinta y Siete Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá para los fines previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
