- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias de los Juzgados Promiscuo Municipal de Arboledas y Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto Nare.
- Segundo. REVOCAR las sentencias del Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Rafael de fechas septiembre 3 y 4 de 1997 y, en su lugar, acceder a las tutelas impetradas.
- Tercero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellin y CONFIRMAR la decision del Juzgado
- Octavo. Civil del Circuito de esa ciudad.
- Cuarto. PREVENIR a las autoridades demandadas para que no vuelvan a incurrir en las violaciones de los derechos cuya tutela impetraron los actores.
- Quinto. Librese por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
