- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, de fecha 3 de Marzo de 1992, por la cual se nego la tutela impetrada por Argemiro Ramirez Mendivelso.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Secretaria de la Corte Constitucional que se comunique este fallo al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, para los efectos establecidos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
