CONFIRMAR el fallo de instancia dictado el dieciocho (18) de mayo de dos mil (2000) por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Tercera, en el expediente T-332 937, en cuanto denego la solicitud de tutela de la accionante LIGIA CRISTINA GONZALEZ RAMIREZ contra el Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se de cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
