- PRIMERO. Confirmar por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia de tutela proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Manizales (Caldas), de fecha veintiseis (26) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), en el proceso de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. Enviar, por medio de la secretaria General de esta Corporacion, copia de esta sentencia a las directivas de la Escuela Julio Zuluaga de Manizales, a la Secretaria de Educacion de Caldas, al Ministerio de Educacion Nacional, a Fecode y Ade.
- TERCERO. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos alli contemplados.
