- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia del Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, fechada el seis (6) de mayo del presente ano, mediante el cual se tutelo el derecho al trabajo de dona Rosa Ana Orduz vda. de Briceno y se ordeno inaplicar la Resolucion No. 335 del 21 de septiembre de 1992, salvo en el plazo alli fijado. La tutela que aqui se confiere, se extendera por los cuatro (4) meses siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, durante los cuales, la actora podra acudir ante la Jurisdiccion de lo Contencioso Administrativo.
- SEGUNDO. Comunicar la presente providencia al Juzgado
