- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias motivo de revisión, proferidas por el Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia y por el Consejo de Estado, en cuanto declararon inprocedente la tutela instaurada por Pedro Juan Moreno Villa contra Bernardo Guerra Hoyos, Beatriz Gómez Pereañez y Juan Sánchez Franco, pero por los motivos expresados en el presente fallo.
- Segundo. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del Derecho 2591 de 1991, el Tribunal de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas adecuadas.
- Tercero. Enviése copia de la presente sentencia a la Defensoría del Pueblo y a la Asamblea de Antioquia.
