- PRIMERO. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia de segunda instancia, proferida en la tutela de la referencia. En su lugar se CONCEDE la tutela por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva. En consecuencia, SE ORDENA al Alcalde Mayor de Bogota que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas deje constancia en la hoja de vida del solicitante Ivan Mauricio Martinez Rojas, en forma explicita y concreta, de la insubsistencia y de las causas de dicho retiro.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
