Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Guapi (Cauca). En su lugar, TUTELAR, los derechos al mínimo vital y a la protección especial de la personas de la tercera edad del señor Florentino Obregón Sánchez.
Segundo. ORDENAR al municipio de Guapi, que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de ésta providencia, si aún no lo hubiere hecho, cancele las mesadas debidas al demandante. En caso de que no exista la respectiva disponibilidad presupuestal, deberá realizar las operaciones necesarias para realizar el pago de lo aquí ordenado, en un término que no exceda de un (1) mes.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
