- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el juzgado
- cuarto. laboral del Circuito de Medellín.
- Segundo. Con arreglo al artículo 4 de la Constitución, INAPLICAR en el presente caso, por ser incompatibles con ella, el parágrafo del 12 de la Resolución 5261 del 05 de agosto de 1994, emanada del Ministerio de Salud, o las disposiciones que, con el mismo sentido, los hayan sustituido.
- Tercero. CONCEDER el amparo solicitado y, en consecuencia, ordenar a la E. P. S. Confenalco-Antioquia, que dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, - suministre a la niña Deisy Yuliana Cardona Ospina, los audífonos que le fueron prescritos por la médica tratante.
- Cuarto. LÍBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
