- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del veinticuatro (24) de enero de dos mil uno (2001), proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Pereira, Risaralda, en la acción de tutela solicitada por Carlos Alberto Zuleta, en nombre y representación de su hijo menor, Hector David Zuleta Agudelo, contra el Seguro Social, Seccional Risaralda.
- Segundo. En consecuencia, ordenar al Seguro Social, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, autorice la entrega del ventilador portátil y la adaptación en la residencia del menor de conformidad con el concepto del medico pediatra de la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital San Jorge de Pereira, a fin de que el niño pueda vivir en su hogar.
- Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
