- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas en esta providencia la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Civil del 28 de octubre de 2004 proferida dentro de la accion de tutela interpuesta por la ciudadana Amanda Emperatriz Gomez Santos en contra del Juzgado 7deg de Familia de esta ciudad.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
