- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR parcialmente la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala Civil el día 5 de marzo de 1993, en cuanto resolvió conceder la tutela solicitada por el señor VICTOR MANUEL PINZÓN, con el objeto de dar protección inmediata a su derecho fundamental al debido proceso.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí previstos.
