- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 22 de noviembre de 2001 por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Pasto, y en su lugar, tutelar los derechos fundamentales a la integridad y a la salud de Servio Tulio Guevara Villota.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Instituto Departamental de salud de Narino que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas le brinde a Servio Tulio Guevara Villota la informacion que requiere para saber como funciona el sistema de salud y cuales son sus derechos y le indique especificamente cual es la institucion prestadora de servicios de salud que tiene la obligacion de atenderlo; el Instituto Departamental tambien debera acompanarlo durante dicho proceso, con el fin de asegurar el goce efectivo de sus derechos.
- Tercero. LIBRESE, por Secretaria, la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
