CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas en segunda instancia por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, que a su vez confirmo los fallos que denegaron la tutela interpuesta ante los diferentes Juzgados Civiles del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota dentro de los siguientes procesos: T-115472, T-115575, T-116904 y T-116940, con la advertencia de que este pronunciamiento se adopta, por la carencia actual de objeto para decidir.
- Segundo.
