- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 11 de diciembre de 2003 por la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, que estimó improcedente la acción de tutela contra sentencias judiciales.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR, la sentencia de tutela proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 7 de noviembre de 2003.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
