- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la providencia de fecha 24 de noviembre de 1993, que profirió el Juzgado Sesenta y Cuatro Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, pero por los motivos expuestos en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Caja de previsión Social de Santafé de Bogotá reembolsar el derecho a las mesadas dejadas de percibir por Gloria Inés Orjuela Cárdenas desde el momento en que se le revocó la sustitución pensional hasta la correspondiente a diciembre del año de 1993.
