- PRIMERO. Revocar el Fallo de tutela proferido por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura del 15 de febrero de 1995.
- SEGUNDO. Confirmar, por las razones expuestas en la presente providencia, la sentencia de tutela de diciembre 19 de 1994, proferida por el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca.
- TERCERO. Librese comunicacion al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
