- Segundo. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el fallo adoptado por la Sala Civil - Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cartagena proferido el 13 febrero de 2002, por medio del cual revocó la sentencia emitida por el Juzgado 5 Civil del Circuito de Cartagena 12 de Diciembre de 2001 y DENEGÓ el amparo solicitado por el accionante.
- Tercero. Ordenar que por Secretaría General se libren las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
