- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Trece Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá y, en su lugar, CONCEDER, el amparo solicitado por el señor Manuel Arturo Palacios García.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al I.S.S. que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, proceda a expedir el acto administrativo que decida de fondo sobre el reconocimiento de la pensión de jubilación, no siendo válido el argumento de que se esta a la espera del bono pensional.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
