- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del siete (7) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), proferido por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Valle del Cauca -Seccion Segunda-, mediante el cual se niega el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de peticion de la senora Alba Gloria Granja Sinisterra. En consecuencia, ORDENASE al Coordinador del Grupo de Orientacion y Receptoria de Cajanal E.P.S. y a la Subdirectora General de Prestaciones Economicas de la Caja Nacional de Prevision que, dentro del termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de la presente sentencia, resuelvan de fondo y en todos sus aspectos la solicitud formulada por la demandante.
- Tercero. REMITANSE copias del presente fallo y del expediente a la Procuraduria General de la Nacion, para que inicie las investigaciones disciplinarias a que haya lugar contra los servidores publicos demandados.
- Cuarto. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
