- DECISION
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de 18 de diciembre de 1986 proferida por el Juzgado
- primero. Civil Municipal de Ocaña - Norte de Santander.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental de petición. En consecuencia, ORDENASE a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social que, si aún no lo ha hecho, resuelva la petición de la ciudadana EDDIS CELINA NAVARRO DE IBAÑEZ, dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, so pena de las sanciones contempladas en el Decreto 2591 para el desacato.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que, por medio de la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se envíe copia de esta sentencia a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, para lo de su competencia.
- Cuarto. LÍBRENSE, por la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
