- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de 15 de mayo de 1995, proferida por la Juzgado 6o Laboral del Circuito de Santa fe de Bogota, en la accion de tutela de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. Conceder la tutela impetrada por Andres Garzon y ORDENAR que la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social, en el termino de 6 dias, si antes no lo ha hecho, de respuesta a la solicitud de Andres Garzon, profiriendo Resolucion referente al reajuste de pension.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 el Juzgado de Primera Instancia hara las notificaciones y adoptara las decisiones necesarias.
