- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Cartagena (Bolívar) y su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado por el señor MARCO TULIO MENDEZ RODRIGUEZ.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al I.S.S. Seccional Cartagena, que tan pronto sea notificado de esta decisión responda inmediatamente al demandante su petición acerca de la cuota parte del bono pensional existente a su favor.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
