Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Villavicencio, el 14 de agosto de 2000, por medio del cual se nego la tutela solicitada y, en su lugar, conceder el amparo impetrado por la actora, por violacion de su derecho a la igualdad.
Segundo. ORDENAR el ingreso de Yudy Alejandra Barbosa Cabanzo a la facultad de veterinaria de la Universidad de Los Llanos, segun los considerandos del presente fallo.
Tercero. ORDENAR, para los efectos del presente caso, la inaplicacion de las disposiciones que establecen un 10% adicional al puntaje para el ingreso a la Universidad de Los Llanos para los naturales de los departamentos relacionados en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
