La E.S.E. accionante considera que la entidad demandada vulneró su derecho al debido proceso, al rechazar por extemporáneo el recurso de reposición interpuesto por vía electrónica contra el acto administrativo que graduó y calificó una acreencia.
Luego de reiterar jurisprudencia relacionada con los requisitos de procedibilidad de la acción de tutela, se decide confirmar las decisiones de instancia que declararon IMPROCEDENTE el amparo invocado.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por la Seccion Segunda Subseccion E del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca el 13 de diciembre de 2017, que confirmo el fallo proferido el 25 de octubre de 2017 por el Juzgado Cincuenta y Uno Administrativo del Circuito de Bogota, a traves del cual se declaro la improcedencia de la presente accion de tutela.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto Estatutario 2591 de 1991.
