Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, D.C. el día 7 de diciembre de 1994, mediante el cual se resolvió sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por el Capitán EDWIN RIZZO RIVAS contra el Director General de la Policía Nacional, precisando que el acto administrativo mediante el cual se confirmó la sanción disciplinaria no se suspende sino que se inaplica al caso concreto del accionante, mientras resuelve la jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8º del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
Segundo. Por Secretaría LIBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
