- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Once (11) Civil Municipal de Medellín, de fecha 13 de septiembre de 2004, por la cual denegó la protección solicitada por el Señor Pablo Emilio Ossa Serna, dentro del trámite de la acción instaurada contra la Caja de Compensación Familiar de Antioquia - COMFAMA.
- Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto, por existir un hecho superado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
